Substitution of delegates may be made at any time, but there will be no refunds for cancellations after 31 May 2013
The BER takes no responsibility for the late withdrawal of speakers.

Any delegates that have registered but who have not paid before the date and who fail to arrive at the conference will unfortunately still be held accountable for the conference fee.
